Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Axionomy (https://www.axionomy.xyz), operated by Dipassio SLU ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Axionomy provides an AI agent workspace for planning and executing missions across connected tools (email, calendar, documents, messaging, and third-party integrations). Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
4a. EU AI Act transparency
Cowork and Autonomous Agent features are assistive automation with human oversight. You can review plans, run history, and automation schedules in the product. Sensitive actions (email, calendar, social posts) require approval unless you pre-approve specific tools on an automation. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output in your organization.
Draft clause for counsel review under EU Regulation 2024/1689 limited-risk expectations.
4. Google Workspace integrations
If you connect Google, you authorize Axionomy to access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Contacts as described in our Privacy Policy — Google Workspace section, including Cowork context vault read/write within the Drive folder you designate. You can revoke access anytime via Settings → Integrations → Disconnect Google or via your Google Account permissions.
Your use of Google APIs through Axionomy is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Axionomy to send spam, violate third-party terms, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or automate harmful or illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or connected integrations.
6a. Automations and AI output review
Scheduled automations run agent workflows on the cadence you configure. Pre-approved tools may execute without per-step confirmation, but you must review outputs—especially email drafts, calendar changes, and external posts—before relying on them. We do not guarantee accuracy of automated briefings or categorization.
You may pause or delete automations at any time. Abuse of automations (spam, policy violations, or excessive API use) may result in suspension.
6. AI-generated output
Agent outputs are provided for assistance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions (especially email, calendar events, and external posts) before they are executed. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dipassio SLU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or connected third-party APIs.
